RECTORS MESSAGE
As Rector, I take great pride in Maritime Academy's remarkable and ongoing ascent as a premier institution of Marine Education and Training. I also have the privilege of leading MAN's continuing pursuit of academic excellence by working with the HOD's, Director's, Program Chairs, faculty members, staff, students and other constituencies within and outside MAN.
At MAN, the central importance of excellence in teaching cannot be overstated. As a student-centered institution, we consider teaching to be every faculty member's calling and we view each faculty member as a unique and valuable resource for achieving student learning outcomes of the highest quality.
Maritime Academy of Nigeria has come of age. Reflecting on more than a decade of institution building, there is much for us to be proud of.
